A review of the origin of sedimentary rocks and geologic history of the region indicates that formation of uranium-vanadium deposits was a vatural result of the deposition of the rocks, the occurrence of intrastratal waters therein, and the postdepositional movement of the waters resulting from evolution of the sedimentary rock environment.
